I help help sellers understand that positioning their homes in this market through
staging and pricing will bring the highest prices and the fastest sales. I will teach specific scripts and
techniques for explaining “market position” to sellers in a way that will bring them quicker, more productive
sales. Based on the books “Dress You House for Success” and “Price Your House for Success”,
among a few, I will have my sellers market their property for sale.
A couple easy tips;
If closet or bedroom doors don't close easily, leave them ajar when showing the house so people won't struggle with them.
Put
clothes and papers away, leaving counter space free of odds and ends. Kitchen and bathroom counters should not have more
than three items showing. Clutter is unappealing to potential buyers.
Have Yard sales to get rid of furnishings you don't use. Clear out your closets and garage.
